Today a customer wrote to me that when they clicked on the download link sent to them via WP eStore, they were shown an error that says "The download link (see browser address bar) couldn’t be found in the wp_eStore database".
The download link that got sent to them automatically from WP eStore was http://******.com/?enc_dl_action=process&file=t86FuufN2CYVwlgtMw%3D%3D
Similar links sent to other customers don't encounter this problem. Even when I click the link myself, it shows the same error.
Could you help, please? If this starts happening with more customers, I'll have a mess on my hands.
