I want to set up a product which consists of 5 different downloadable PDF files.
I've tested it and when you buy it and get the thank you email it shows the downloads with the encrypted links.
Each download is just listed though as Item 1 - download link, Item 2 - download link, Item 3 - download link etc.
Is there a way of having some way of identifying what each item is in that email instead of just "Item 1 - link..."
Like the name of the flle or something similar ?
I have run the Debug and everything is okay except. [02/25/2016 12:12 PM] - SUCCESS :Download Link: [hidden].
The download link does not show up in the email. There are no variations on the digital product.

I want to have a product that is free at the moment but billing commences monthly from the 1st April regardless of whether they sign up now or 28th March.

When using Production Variations for sizes (Size|Small|Medium)when selling t-shirts how do you control the inventory for the different size t-shirts. I know where the Inventory control options are but I can't seem to figure out how to track the different sizes. I have tried Size|Small:4|Medium:5 but when I zero out one item it does nothing.

Is there a way to add a coupon code and NOT have a percentage or dollar amount taken off, instead add another item to the cart? For example, I need to sell t-shirt A, when t-shirt A is placed in the shopping cart, the customer can input a coupon code and receive t-shirt B for free. Is that possible? And if not, that would be a HUGE item to add to the coupon system!
I'm exploring my options for getting recurring payments up and running. We have eMember, eStore, & the Payments Gateway Addon.
I didn't see cancelling/ending a subscription using stripe specifically referenced in the docs, but how does one do this?
I did find in the Stripe control panel, a 'Customers' section where my test user account showed up after going through the checkout process, and in the customer's info there is a subscriptions section where I can cancel it. Is this the only way? (well, short of coding something)
If you change a membership level in eMember or delete the user, does it cancel the subscription payments?

I am having trouble understanding how eStore communicates with paypal for recurring subscriptions. I have been approved to accept recurring payments with paypal. But the only information which I have entered in my settings to connect eStore with Paypal is my Paypal email address. I am using Wishlist Member.
What else needs to happen on the paypal side to give eStore the permission to activate recurring payments with paypal?
Doesn't paypal need to verify eStore in some way?
WishList member has Paypal integration. But I am not sure what I need to do differently on their Paypal integration page. They have a step by step processes for putting a button on the site, but isn't hat what eStore is for?

I've been testing out some products that I setup here: http://rachelbenjamin.org/skits and when I add one or two to my shopping cart and then click the checkout with Paypal button, sometimes I arrive at the Paypal page with my products and total listed on the left as I would expect, and other times I just see a message saying that my order is being processed and if I'm not redirected in 5 seconds to click the button below. Whether I wait or click the button, I eventually see an error message that says: "No data received ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE." I couldn't find any info on this particular issue in the forum. Is there something I need to change in my Paypal account to resolve this, or something I need to change with the plugin? I've tried the "Checkout with Paypal" button multiple times, and I seem to only arrive at Paypal about 50% of the time.

Hello! I have WP Affiliate installed, and I have several problems:
1. It does not appear to be giving credit for sales via affiliate links. It has counted some clicks via the affiliate link, but it did not credit the sales. One sale was done via credit card and one via Paypal directly. Both are through Paypal integration.
One question: the paypal link to pay is on a secondary site from the one where affiliate links go. Could this be a reason it does not work? In other words, there is a landing page (where the links direct), and a link from there brings people to another page with the Paypal button. Is that problem?
2. Also, I have the affiliates set up to get a flat referral fee, but the affiliates do not see that in their sign in. I had written 39% at one point, and it says they get 39 Dollars for each sale when you look at their sign in window. Why doesn't it list the flat dollar amount (100) that I have entered?
3. When people sign in for new affiliates, they need to scroll down a lot on the page to see the content they need to see. How can I set it up so they do not need to scroll so much to see the information?

This should be able to verify if the affiliate ID exists and give credit to that affiliate automatically. I have added a custom field but that does not connect to the affiliate plug-in.
We are not using a shopping cart as we are only selling subscriptions so the cart option would not work.
This would be great to have on the registration page.

I have an eStore product that updates the membership level of an eMember. This is a PayPal integration. Everything seems to work fine (the membership level is upgraded for the logged in member and emails are generate) except that the purchase is not showing up in the Manage Customers area at all. I have checked the ipn log file and can see this failure: FAILURE :Error! Failed to update customer data into the database table. DB insert query failed. I suspect this is the issue. Any insight or a resolution would be appreciated. Thanks!

We received an email from Authorize.net stating that the above will be implemented over the next few months. It seems like there is nothing on our end to prepare for this - will there be an update to WPeS for this - or is your product not affected by these changes?
I read a post about how to order products within a category by price and/or alphabetical. There should be a field to itemize products at will.

I bought eStore only for the fact that I could create a coupon that would allow me to give 15% discount (on total amount) to clients that would buy 3 or more products on my website. I am using Woocommerce for shopping cart integration and all the other forms necessary for a e-commerce site. Here is the problem: When I add more than 3 products and apply the coupon code, the form tells me that the coupon doesn’t exist. So, eStore is doesn’t work with Woo-commerce? Do I have to deactivate Woo-commerce and use eStore to be able to use the coupon? When I do deactivate woo-commerce, my theme doesn’t work. I need to know if I can use woocommerce with eStore plugin.
What can I do to solve this problem?

I've got 2 problems lately:
1. I updated my site to the latest WordPress. Now, whenever there is a sale, it's doesn't appear on "manage customer".
I receive the sales notification email, but the sale doesn't appear on my dashboard
2. It seems that my WP affiliate acts weirdly. I gets sales and sometimes the affiliate commission goes to a wrong affiliate person.
How do I know it?
Because I did some test. I created an affiliate account but I never used it. Never published the link and though... I got affiliate commission to that account.
How can I reset the plugin to test and make sure the sales goes to the right affiliate?
